Job summary

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Bothell to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory. This hands-on role requires quick thinking, organization, and teamwork to ensure accuracy and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle incoming materials, prepare customer orders, load and unload trucks, and assist with jobsite deliveries. Forklift experience is preferred but training may be provided. Competitive benefits and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stay organized and precise in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Comfortable with physical work and long periods on your feet.
• Ability to read orders and verify quantities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Pull and stage orders for pickups and deliveries.
• Load/unload trucks safely and assist with jobsite deliveries as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
