PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping) for the 2nd shift at our Rockford location. The role focuses on coordinating inbound shipments of components and raw materials, managing a daily shipping schedule and acting as a liaison across departments for transportation and logistics.
The position requires basic math, computer skills, and the ability to read and interpret standard documents. Training and potential overtime are involved.

Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator (Shipping) Location: Assembly Drive Shift: 2nd Shift The primary function of this position is to coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials, facilitate PCI Rockford waste management system, schedule maintenance on forklifts, and track warehouse related metrics.
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

The hiring rate for this position is $19.96 to $22.46 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
