Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute materials per vendor specifications. The role requires forklift certification, basic ERP software familiarity, and attention to detail in fast-paced, GMP-regulated environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve).
• Move or store material according to the warehouse schedule.
• Ensure receiving reports are completed accurately and timely.
• Resolve discrepancies regarding packing slips or other documentation of receipt.
• Maintain a clean dock area.
• Organize and load recycled materials for disposal.
• Suggest process improvements for increased efficiencies.
• Comply with GMP and Safe Practices.

SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received from vendors and suppliers, in an effective and efficient manner, according to specification.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
