Job summary

Thales Avionics, Inc. (AGS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Manufacturing team in North Kingstown, RI. The on-site role involves directing and organizing daily warehouse activities, receiving, shipping, and destruction of products, and ensuring orderly inventory control.

The successful candidate will manage JAAMS inventory, coordinate with recycling partners, maintain safety programs, and support office needs. A post-offer background check is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in warehousing or related areas including shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily warehouse activities to receive, ship, and destroy products.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, destruction, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in JAAMS and manage stock levels.
• Generate productivity and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with external recycling for items marked for destruction.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs to ensure a safe workplace.
