Job summary

Electro-Methods, a Stronvar Aerospace Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in South Windsor, CT to perform material handling, inventory control, and shipping/receiving tasks in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, updating ERP/MRP records, and supporting 5S and Lean initiatives while adhering to AS9100 quality standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in a warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and basic inventory documentation.
• Basic computer skills; ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify, label, and store raw materials, hardware, WIP, and finished goods.
• Transact receipts, issues, and transfers in the ERP/MRP system.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
• Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers.
