Job summary

Dellner Group is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our Wind Solutions unit in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and inventory flow. This role goes beyond traditional logistics tasks; you will own the order lifecycle from inbound materials to customer delivery, collaborate across functions, and drive on-time performance and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in shipping/receiving, ERP and Excel proficiency, and strong communication in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in shipping & receiving, logistics coordination, and some inside sales support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments.
Managing shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Monitoring inventory movements and supporting material flow throughout the supply chain.
Working closely with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintaining accurate logistics documentation and system transactions.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
