Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics via Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions from written, oral, or visual formats.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and workflow across Warehouse, Kitting, Shipping & Receiving.
• Oversee GMP and inventory control policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to productivity and labor cost efficiency.
• Track parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods in the ERP system with accuracy.
• Oversee inventory cycle counting and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Lead kitting of raw materials and components to satisfy production scheduling.
• Train, coach and provide timely feedback to employees.
