Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to monitor production and inventory, store products in designated areas, and adjust storage as needed. You will check-in inbound drivers, assign doors, and manage related invoices and barcode sheets.

The role requires attention to QA standards and timely communication of discrepancies. You will also monitor inventory, verify reports, and support loading/unloading operations with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar transportation/trucking role.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time and Labor experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check-in inbound drivers and backhauls, fill barcode sheets.
• Assign inbound drivers to correct doors based on load type and schedule.
• Send information and links to drivers for loads with unloading fees.
• Process invoices and notify receivers of special circumstances.
• Verify barcode sheets against the BOL and note discrepancies.
• Ensure code dates and temperatures meet QA standards.
• Download temperature recording data and enter loads with temperature issues into systems.
• Notify manager of discrepancies and schedule upcoming receiving.
• Monitor production and product availability/location.
• Store products in designated areas and adjust storage per production.
• Verify inventory reports against warehouse logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
