You will collaborate with internal teams to understand customer demands, file claims for defective goods, and perform other duties as assigned. A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of distribution experience are preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years work experience, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems.
• This position requires reading, writing, and understanding English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventory levels and ensures inventory is present and ready for use.
• Works with internal teammates to understand customer demands and needs.
• Files claims when defective goods are discovered.
• Other duties may be assigned.
