Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Virginia | $80,000 + Super | Full-Time | 38 Hours Per Week

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator with forklift experience to join an established furniture and logistics operation based in Virginia.

This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who can organise, coordinate and get the job done.

You will play a key role in coordinating freight, interstate jobs, deliveries, labour and furniture assembly while also assisting with the practical warehouse requirements.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where short‑notice jobs can arise, and where strong organisation and communication are essential.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, practical and hands‑on, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts at once.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, transport or a similar role
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• The ability to coordinate labour and multiple jobs simultaneously
• Experience booking and coordinating freight
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work calmly when jobs arise at short notice
• A practical, hands‑on approach to warehouse operations
• Forklift experiecne
• Experience loading and unloading containers
• The physical ability to undertake manual handling and furniture movement
• A willingness to travel interstate when required
• A reliable and proactive approach to getting the job completed
