Job summary

Accurate Recruitment Pty Ltd in Heathwood seeks an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Operator for a busy manufacturing site. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with a first shift start of 8:00am and ongoing hours 7:00am–3:30pm.

You will perform forklift operations, picking/packing, stock control, and dispatch within a clean, supportive team environment. The successful candidate will hold a current forklift licence and have at least 12 months Storeperson experience, along with

• Minimum 12 months in a storeperson/warehouse role.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Must be punctual and able to work safely and efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Pick and pack orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Control stock and manage inventory levels.
• Receive and dispatch deliveries as required.
• Load and unload goods and maintain tidy warehouse.
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed.

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation based in Heathwood.

This opportunity is offering full-time hours, ongoing work, and the chance to join a supportive team environment.

• $38 per hour


• Full-time hours Monday to Friday

About the Role

You will be responsible for a range of warehouse and stores duties within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including:

• Forklift operation


• Picking and packing orders


• Stock control and inventory management


• Receiving and dispatch


• Loading and unloading deliveries


• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse


• Assisting production and warehouse teams as required

To Be Successful You Must Have

• Current Forklift Licence (ESSENTIAL)


• Minimum 12 months Storeperson experience (ESSENTIAL)


• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience


• Strong attention to detail


• Reliable work ethic and punctuality


• Ability to work safely and efficiently


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Own reliable transport

Desirable Experience

• Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments


• RF scanning or inventory systems experience


• Ability to work with minimal supervision
