Job Summary

We are seeking immediate applicants for a Warehouse Coordinator working second shift (2pm - 10pm) at our La Crosse, WI facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations alongside the shift supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Check in all inbound/outbound loads and drivers.
2. Assist with palletizer flow, transfers, rails, shipments, inbound supplies, and trucks.
3. Manage daily inventory and movement of materials and finished products.
4. Handle communication via phones and radios, coordinate transfers.
5. Ensure compliance with GMP, fire codes, OSHA, FDA, TTB, and other regulations.
6. Process P.O. and Return Material Authorization entries.
7. Record trailer movements.
8. Support implementation of warehouse SOPs and policies.
9. Support other departments including Packaging, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance.
10. Assist with training new employees.
11. Provide work direction during weekends or in supervisor’s absence.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience in warehouse/distribution or manufacturing; inventory management preferred.
2. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; WMS experience is a plus. 4. Highly organized, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Willing to work overtime and weekends.
