Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to receive, stock and ship materials for diverse projects nationwide. The role supports project teams with reliable logistics, operates forklift equipment, and drives a 26ft truck as needed (no CDL required).

You will maintain an organized warehouse, ensure safety, and collaborate with vendors and site staff. A high school diploma and at least six months in warehouse and driving are required; proficiency with MS Office and Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months warehouse and driving experience.
• Must be able to operate forklifts and drive a 26ft flatbed/box truck without a CDL.
• Comfortable with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver stock items and load/unload orders.
• Stock shelves and organize the warehouse.
• Outbound packing and shipping of orders.
• Inbound receiving and put-away of products.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and general housekeeping.
• Maintain familiarity with the work location and surrounding areas.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving and delivering stock and non-stock items; and loading and unloading orders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Looking for a driver of a 26ft flat bed and box truck, No CDL required.

• Must operate all forklift types

• Performing warehouse duties and tasks as assigned

• Maintain an organized warehouse

• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles

• Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment

• Outbound functions include selecting checking, packing and shipping orders

• Inbound functions include receiving, placement and put away of product

• Must be familiar with the job location and surrounding areas

• Maintain a clean driving record

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to read maps and follow directions

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

• Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

• Ability to interact effective and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months previous warehouse and driving experience

• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience

TRAVEL:

• 50%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

• Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
