As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of goods across domestic and international channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics professional who thrives on precision, compliance, and coordination. You’ll be at the center of our supply chain operations — handling everything from export documentation to dangerous goods compliance — helping us deliver excellence to our customers, every time.
What You’ll Do :
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll ensure that our shipments — domestic and international — are expertly documented, compliant, and delivered on time. Your day-to-day will include :
Manage Documentation

- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligns with trade laws and internal policies.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Stay current on international and domestic shipping laws, customs regulations, and export control requirements.
- Verify that all shipments, especially those containing dangerous goods, meet regulatory standards — including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation per HAZMAT guidelines (IATA, IMDG, DOT).
- Monitor and enforce compliance with sanctions, embargoes, and licensing rules.
Coordinate Across Teams & Partners
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to gather and verify shipment information.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely transport.
- Keep customers informed on shipment status and swiftly address any issues or delays.
Maintain Records & Reporting
- Accurately track and archive all shipping documentation and transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Generate reports as needed to support internal and regulatory needs.
Resolve and Prevent Issues
- Troubleshoot shipment delays, documentation errors, and compliance concerns — especially related to dangerous goods.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement best practices to streamline operations.
