Warehouse Coordinator - EMD Electronics, San Jose, CA

EMD Electronics in San Jose, CA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you will move and control various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within the warehouse and other stocking locations.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations, including loading and unloading materials, packaging, shipping, and receiving.
2. Perform cycle counts and maintain records within our ERP system.
3. Follow inventory control procedures to minimize materials cost variances.
4. Maintain warehouse and office supplies, chemical inventory, PPE, and company drinks.
5. Operate a pallet jack and maintain forklift certification.
6. Coordinate ordering merchandise and assist in the overall management of warehouse operations, including developing policies, procedures, and plans.

Physical Attributes

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, bend, lift, climb ladders or stepstools.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of warehouse experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse and inventory control experience (3-5 years)
• ERP knowledge – Microsoft Dynamics
• Forklift certified
• DOT / IATA certified
• Self-starter with strong collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $36,500 - $85,300
