Job summary

Legends Global Stockton is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily purchasing, receiving, rotation, and stocking of concession products for all events. You will ensure inventory accuracy, process vendor orders, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse and concession stands.

You will supervise warehouse staff, prepare weekly schedules, coordinate equipment repairs, and act as the first contact with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Receives and issues food & beverage products to locations.
• Processes and maintains concession transfer procedures and purchase orders.
• Maintains month-end inventory records.
• Rotates stock and checks par levels for concession products.
• Directs warehouse runners for event setup and breakdown.
• Prepares weekly warehouse schedules and event product orders.
• First line of contact with vendors; resolves delivery issues.
• Coordinates equipment repairs with engineering and vendors.

SummaryLegends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Warehouse Coordinator for Legends Global Stockton. Responsible for the purchasing, receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceives and issues food & beverage products to various locations.Processes and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase orders.Responsible for recording month-end inventory.Rotates stock and checks par levels of concession products.Maintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession stands.Directs warehouse runners with concession location opening setup, closing and breakdown.Prepares weekly employee warehouse schedules.Prepare purchases for all events.Prepare product orders for all events.First line of contact with all vendors; resolves delivery issues, introduces new products to Executive Chef.Prepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events; chargeable and non-chargeable inventory items.First line of contact to coordinate equipment repairs with engineering and vendors.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
