What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phones and escalate issues as needed
- Interact directly with clients, caregivers, and patients to handle client-related matters, including home placement and staffing attendance issues
- Manage schedule changes and address customer service complaints
- Provide friendly, positive, and solutions-oriented assistance to customers
- Utilize technology to assign clients to the appropriate clinicians and track ongoing cases using a ZenDesk ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use technology effectively for scheduling and client management
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience using a ticketing system, such as ZenDesk
