Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations at the Warrenton, MO facility. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cross-team coordination to ensure high-quality service and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/material handling is required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, verify, and prepare materials for shipment or delivery.
• Receive and record incoming materials and maintain documentation.
• Load, unload, and secure materials following safety procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain warehouse organization, labeling and housekeeping.
• Operate warehouse equipment per training and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order/inventory issues.

Job Summary

Supports daily warehouse operations; including order fulfillment, inventory handling, logistics coordination, as well as overall warehouse organization and upkeep. Ensures all activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with safety guidelines and established warehouse best practices. Maintains effective communication and coordination across teams and departments to support high quality service and prompt resolution of issues or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs order fulfillment activities by accurately pulling, verifying, and preparing materials for shipment or delivery.
• Receives, inspects, and records incoming materials, updating associated records and maintaining comprehensive order documentation.
• Loads, unloads, and secures materials and equipment in accordance with safety and handling procedures.
• Performs cycle counts and monitors inventory levels to identify discrepancies and support inventory control processes.
• Maintains warehouse organization, including stocking, labeling, and housekeeping to support efficient operations.
• Operates warehouse equipment and assists with material movement in alignment with training and safety protocols.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve order and inventory issues and support service quality.

Education Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling required.

Certifications And Licenses

Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
