Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment division is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Warrenton, MO to support daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory handling and logistics coordination.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse or materials handling, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift certification or ability to obtain it. You will help maintain safety standards, organize stocking and records, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Performs order fulfillment activities by accurately pulling, verifying, and preparing materials for shipment or delivery.
• Receives, inspects, and records incoming materials, updating associated records and maintaining comprehensive order documentation.
• Loads, unloads, and secures materials and equipment in accordance with safety and handling procedures.
• Performs cycle counts and monitors inventory levels to identify discrepancies and support inventory control processes.
• Maintains warehouse organization, including stocking, labeling, and housekeeping to support efficient operations.
• Operates warehouse equipment and assists with material movement in alignment with training and safety protocols.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve order and inventory issues and support service quality.
