Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator and Driver in Warrenton, MO. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and local deliveries, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will pull and verify materials, inspect incoming shipments, maintain records, perform cycle counts, operate warehouse equipment, and coordinate with internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience.
• Valid driver's license and FMCSA requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs order fulfillment activities by accurately pulling, verifying, and preparing materials for shipment or delivery.
• Receives, inspects, and records incoming materials, updating associated records and maintaining documentation.
• Receives, inspects, and records incoming materials, updating associated records and maintaining comprehensive order documentation.
• Performs cycle counts and monitors inventory levels to identify discrepancies and support inventory control processes.
• Maintains warehouse organization, including stocking, labeling, and housekeeping to support efficient operations.
• Operates warehouse equipment and assists with material movement in alignment with training and safety protocols.
• Provides driving support by transporting materials, completing inspections, and coordinating delivery activities with internal teams.

Job Summary:

Supports daily warehouse operations; including order fulfillment, inventory handling, logistics coordination, as well as overall warehouse organization and upkeep. Ensures all activities are performed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with safety guidelines and established warehouse best practices. Provides driving support to complete local pickups, deliveries, and transport of equipment as needed.

Education Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field required. Experience supporting inventory control, shipping and receiving, or material handling processes preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to meet applicable Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements relevant to vehicle operation required.
