Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate various warehouse activities for optimal productivity.

Duties

  • Organize products:Sort and store items in the correct location, and ensure they are labeled properly
  • Perform cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory
  • Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.
  • Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
  • Responsible for answering CS, Warehouse, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist all material handlers to locate materials
  • Assist in updating dims and weights for all materials in database.
  • Always follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Be able to carefully and safely drive the fork lift and other warehouse equipment.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ year experience
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Experience with ERP system
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Perform different job functions within the organization’s warehouse department
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
Qualifications * High school graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
* Experience with ERP systems
* Solid and accurate data entry skills are required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is preferred
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, work effectively with other departments
* Capability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* General understanding of production practices, BOM's and shipping /receiving a plus
* Ability to lift 75 pounds or more safely
* Valid drivers' license #ZR IND123
