Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Louisville, KY to participate in packing and preparing equipment and supplies for distribution to patients. You will assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and inventory, while maintaining clean, sterile equipment and serving as a backup driver when needed.

This is an on-site role. You will collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure accurate paperwork, efficient inventory, and timely deliveries, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management preferred.
• Pharmacy technician licenses may be required by State Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn product codes quickly.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures; strong inventory judgment.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare equipment and supplies prior to distribution.
• Load/unload and stock warehouse supplies.
• Ensure delivery tickets, requisitions, and purchase orders are completed accurately.
• Stock and store warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Report inventory levels to supervisor.

Overview

The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to PharMerica's patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

As a core member of the Warehouse team, you will be responsible for:

Packaging/preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution

Loading/unloading and stocking supplies in the warehouse

Cleaning/sterilizing all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed.

Please note: This is an on-site role

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
• Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
• Stocks and stores warehouse equipment and supplies
• Reports inventory levels to supervisor
• Cleans medical equipment
• Performs other related duties as directed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Delivery team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Warehouse Coordinator will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
