Ledcor is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator, eager to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily flow of materials, including accurate shipping, receiving, delivering materials when necessary, and inventory control. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment while managing and repairing warehouse equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Verify incoming and outgoing materials
2. Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently
3. Operate the forklift safely and accurately
4. Maintain inventory control and pick orders accurately
5. Assist technicians with loading materials as needed
6. Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and waste is properly disposed of
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with field technicians to meet warehousing demands

Qualifications:

• One to two years of warehouse experience, preferably in the Telecommunications industry
• Experience handling inbound and outbound stock
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving customer demands
• Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships at all organizational levels
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Forklift Operator Certification is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Conditions:

• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
