This position requires coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse duties, maintaining accurate inventory, and guaranteeing timely delivery of materials to support production timelines. The ideal candidate performs well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills.## What you will experience in this position:Logistics & Transportation* Manage domestic and international shipments, including selecting carriers, scheduling, and tracking.* Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork as needed).* Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.* Optimize freight costs while maintaining service levels.* Partner with production, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments.* Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and carriers.* Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse processes.## Warehouse Operations* Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.* Maintain accurate and timely management of materials received and dispatched.* Operate forklift equipment per safety policy including daily lift inspections.* Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure accurate material handling practices.* Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.* Promote a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.## You have:* High school diploma or GED.* 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.* Experience in a manufacturing environment.* Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures along with inventory control.* Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).* Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.* Forklift certification (or ability to acquire).* Understanding of shipping regulations at both national and international levels.## Key Proficiencies:* Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Attention to detail and accuracy.* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.* Strong addition & multiplication skills.* Effective communication and teamwork.* Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment and adhere to deadlines.## Physical Requirements:* Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.* Ability to occasionally bend 90 degrees & twist 45 degrees.* Must be able to operate motorized equipment and all forklift types safely.## We have:* A dynamic global reach with diverse operations worldwide.
