Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Jackson, MS to join our construction team. You will manage inbound and outbound deliveries and oversee the inventory and supplies stored in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy of stock for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse operations, can operate a forklift, and can generate reports on materials inventory. A clean driving record and basic English comprehension are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle with a trailer and back up a trailer.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication.
• Basic English to understand safety requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Utility construction knowledge is a plus.

The Warehouse Coordinator is a member of a construction team that is responsible for inbound and outbound deliveries. This candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and supplies located in the warehouse. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years in warehouse operations with the ability to develop and provide reports on project materials inventory.

• Must have experience using a forklift
• Must have a clean driving record, CDL preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must have experience and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle with a -trailer and be able to back up a trailer Requirements
