Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Houston to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will ensure timely staging of parts for production and maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift certification, proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience.
• Forklift certification with at least one year forklift experience.
• Experience with QA, ISO standards and work instructions.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse, inventory control, and shipping/receiving areas.
• Provide materials, supplies and parts to production departments.
• Maintain safety, quality and housekeeping standards in the warehouse and by its personnel.
• Oversee stock transfer, restocking, and locating of all new inventory in the Warehouse.
• Clock out documentation via barcode after orders are pulled.
