Talentify is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, material movement, and shipping in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and organization in a fast-paced facility in Hayward, CA.

In this contract position, you will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform cycle counts, transfer materials, and prepare shipping documentation while maintaining strict SOP and GMP adherence.

Work Environment

The facility is located in Hayward, CA, and is primarily focused on manufacturing and quality operations for healthcare and pharmaceutical products, including sterile manufacturing processes. The site operates in a highly regulated environment with strict GMP and quality requirements. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hayward, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
