PharMerica is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Groveport, OH to prepare equipment and supplies for distribution and manage inventory. You will assist with loading/unloading, stock control, and ensure accurate documentation, working on a 6:00am–2:30pm schedule on-site.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient deliveries, maintaining lot numbers and expiration dates, and supporting pharmacists as needed. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Preferred warehousing or distribution inventory experience.
• Pharmacy technician license if required by state board.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn product codes and terminology.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills for inventory decisions.

• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.

• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to PharMerica's patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

6:00am - 2:30pm

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs
