Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to assist with packing and preparing equipment for distribution and manage inventory within the facility. The role includes loading/unloading, stocking, and acting as a backup driver when needed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing delivery tickets and requisitions, coordinating home medical equipment orders with pharmacists, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management.
• Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.

• Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.

• Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies.
• Completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
• Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels.
• Maintains a clean and orderly production space.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to PharMerica's patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Monday - Friday

6:00am - 2:30pm

To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs
