Job summary

FORTÉ, Inc. in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to receive, verify, label and distribute incoming product and documents at our facility. The role also handles processing outgoing shipments, coordinating material requests and maintaining inventory records.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in warehousing/shipping, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Requirements to Assure Success:

• Familiarity with pic orders, Fed Ex and UPS shipping links, ability to read and understand stock status reports and material variance reports
• Working knowledge and experience in inventory management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and ERP Systems
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 50-75 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to be versatile and adapt to a fast paced environment
• 3-5 years of Warehousing/Shipping/Receiving Experience
