Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is hiring warehouse operators (cooler) for fast-paced roles requiring forklift certification. You will pick, pull, build orders, palletize products, and stage materials for delivery, working at stations across warehouse, cooler, or dock areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to overall success.
• Able to perform basic math computations and inventory counts.
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and build orders; palletize products.
• Load, unload, and stage materials for outgoing delivery.
• Operate various material handling equipment in warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock.
• Work at any assigned station or line as required.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in tasks.

Job description

T.G. Lee Dairyhas immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated warehouse operator-cooler (forklift certified) to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally, warehouse operators are responsible for safely operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.

RATE OF PAY:

• $21.50 per hour

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

• 2 positions will be Mon/Tues from 6:00 pm to 4:30 am and Fri/Sat from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am. Off days will be Sun/Wed/Thurs.
• 4 positions will be Mon-Thurs-Fri-Saturday from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am. Off days will be Sun/Tues/Wed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience
• Certification and/or License – may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing (including legible writing)
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments
