Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy in Florida is hiring warehouse operator-cooler (forklift certified) to perform picking, pulling, ordering, palletizing, and loading/unloading. You may work at any assigned station in cooler, freezer, or dock environments with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour with a 5-day night shift schedule from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Sun-Tues off. Benefits include 401(k), paid vacation/holidays, career growth, and employee rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or tolerated.
• 1–2 years warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift and/or related equipment certifications preferred or required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Team-oriented with attention to accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull and build orders, palletize products and load/unload.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely in cooler, freezer or dock areas.
• Stage materials for outgoing delivery and assist at assigned stations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and basic math computations.

T.G. Lee Dairyhas immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated warehouse operator-cooler (forklift certified) to perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally, warehouse operators are responsible for safely operating various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.

• $21.50 per hour

SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

• 4:00 pm to 2:30 am - 5 day work week with Sun/Tues off days (5 positions available)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience
• Certification and/or License – may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing (including legible writing)
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform tasks as assigned
• Able to follow directions
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
