Inmar Inc. is seeking a Compliance Clerk to support warehouse operations and ensure shipments move correctly per client instructions. The role emphasizes independent audits, adherence to SOPs, and precise data entry with attention to detail.

The position requires 1–3 years of related warehouse experience, strong Excel/Google Suite skills, and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining safety standards. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 1-3 years related work experience in warehouse or production roles.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in math; able to accurately enter numeric data using a 10-key keypad.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team; good interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow standard operating and safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Able to work OT and in non-climate controlled environments.
• Able to handle hazardous waste materials with appropriate safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Create DEA 222 Forms and ATF’s; file and maintain copies of all forms.
• Research and answer assigned tickets (DEA, ATF) via the help desk portal; answer inbound phone calls.
• Upload and maintain certificates of destruction.
• Transmit all hospital forms as required.
• Maintain in and out logs for Field Account Representatives servicing hospital clients.
• Enter accurate data in a timely and professional manner using applicable company and client programs; maintain Excel files.
• Conduct research to answer questions or resolve issues.
• Run reports, check for accuracy and distribute as appropriate.
• Prep and ship all mailings using USPS and Fed-Ex.
