Job summary

Inmar Intelligence seeks a Compliance Clerk in warehouse operations to ensure proper movement of shipments per client instructions. You will audit processes, maintain SOP adherence, and handle sensitive forms with accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read and follow procedures, and strong data-entry skills using Excel and Google tools. Team-oriented with occasional overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–3 years related work experience in a warehouse or production setting.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in math; able to enter numeric data with a 10-key keypad.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow SOP and safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Able to work overtime and in non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Create DEA 222 Forms and ATF forms; file and maintain copies.
• Research and answer tickets (DEA, ATF) via help desk; answer calls.
• Upload and maintain certificates of destruction.
• Transmit hospital forms as required.
• Maintain in/out logs for Field Account Representatives.
• Enter data accurately using company/client programs; maintain Excel files.
• Conduct research to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Run reports, verify accuracy, and distribute as needed.
• Prepare and ship mailings using USPS and FedEx.
