Delaware North Parks and Resorts seeks a seasonal Warehouse Clerk for Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana. Handles data entry for receiving, inventory, and pricing while assisting with shipping and receiving tasks during the Spring/Summer season.

• Data entry for receiving
• Follow up with vendors and receivers to obtain invoice data
• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments; report damages or discrepancies
• Price items with mark-ups and labeling for inventory control
• Assist in merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers in the inventory system
• Support in physical inventories and notify supervisor of low or excess stock

What will you do?

• Data entry for receiving
• Follow up with vendors and receivers, regarding any additional information receiving invoice data
• Maximize margins and comply with NPS 48 pricing structure for grocery by paying close attention to invoices, price and costing
• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments of products, and report any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies
• Price items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling for inventory control
• Aid in the maintenance of merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system
• Assist in physical inventories and inform supervisor of any low or over abundance in stock Data entry for receiving
• Perform other duties assigned

More About You

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse
• Experience receiving using a data entry system, inventorying, and shipping
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle counts accurately
• Retail experience and knowledge of merchandise receiving processes, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and NetSuite, preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand all day
• Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching
