Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Inventory Clerk to join Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Wyoming. You will handle all retail and grocery receiving data entry and help maintain accurate inventory records for our Yellowstone locations.

This Spring/Summer 2027 season offers weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth across Delaware North properties.

Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous knowledge of merchandise receiving procedures preferred.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data entry for all retail and grocery receiving.
• Track inventory and review stock levels regularly.
• Ensure merchandise is received and documented correctly.
• Assist with inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers.
• Support seasonal workload during Spring/Summer season.

Pay

$17.75 - $17.75 / hour
