Darwill, Inc. in McCook, IL is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to ensure accurate delivery of materials and proper inventory control.

You will handle inbound shipments, verify PO numbers, and coordinate with Buyers for returns and repairs while maintaining safe work practices. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills, plus warehouse experience and sit-down forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Warehouse experience required, including sit-down forklift.
• English proficiency required to communicate with Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Accurate receiving of materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Receives product deliveries.
• Ensure PO number on all paperwork.
• Record and check quantity/quality of received goods.
• Inspect, accept or reject inbound shipments.
• Coordinate with buyers for returns/repairs.
• Enter received material into the computer system.
• Deliver products to internal personnel.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform cycle counts regularly.
• Maintain effective working relationships with staff and managers.
• Maintain safe work environment per procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to organizational and departmental policies.
