Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control across our Oregon distribution network. You will maintain inbound/outbound records, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and verify documents.
• Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, report discrepancies.
• Process shipping, receiving, and transfers in WMS/ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and file audit/compliance documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
• Perform clerical duties in warehouse per company policies.
