Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAP and Catalyst experience is a plus; familiarity with transportation is helpful.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communicate via email.
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and processes.
• Maintain flow of the yard; schedule appointments as necessary.
• Schedule and administer work assignments; act as department point of contact.
• Print labels; create problem tickets; create load sheets and/or ASNs.
• Meet company expectations for accuracy, performance, and attendance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
