Job summary

JenaValve Technology, Inc. is seeking a Clerk, Warehouse to perform warehouse and clerical shipping/receiving tasks in a production environment. You will support production with material handling, ensure accurate documentation, and enter transactions into the MRP system.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years warehousing experience, plus experience with MRP/ERP systems (prefer QAD) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2–3 years warehousing experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (prefer QAD).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse processes including manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties and data entry into the MRP system.
• Examine shipment contents against records and determine shipping methods, routes, or rates.
• Receive and deliver packages and product to appropriate person or department.
• Coordinate shipment of product to authorized sterilization company.
• Maintain inventory records and process material requests and production picklists.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, operations, and management.
