URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Clerk to support the Leadership Team in daily department operations at our Reno location. This role requires reliability in monitoring productivity, communicating adjustments, and ensuring SLA targets are met while adapting to changing priorities.

Shifts include 6:00am-2:30pm on weekdays and 6:00am-4:30pm on Sundays through Wednesdays. Candidates must be 18+, with a HS diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department.
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.
• Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.
• Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
• Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
• Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
