Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Franklin, WI to support inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes at a new 340,000 sq ft facility.

You will work under the Department Manager, ensuring accurate records, safe operation of equipment, and compliance with GMPs and food safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read procedures, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret customer orders and inventory reports to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
• Prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly organized and efficient.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Work in a team environment with other personnel.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Adapt to changing needs in a manufacturing setting.
• Physical lifting up to 40 lbs and PPE handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Use automated warehouse management software and inventory scanning tools.
• Transfer products from packaging to production areas.
• Load/unload trailers following procedures.
• Follow inventory control practices.
• Operate stretch-wrapping and palletizing equipment.
• Perform inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documents.
• Support internal/external audits and safety procedures.
• Adhere to GMPs and food safety requirements.
