Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for the second shift at our Franklin, Wisconsin facility. This role supports inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes, performing product transfers, loading/unloading, and inventory control under supervision.

You will work with warehouse staff to ensure accurate records and safe operations. Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong math skills, and the ability to read orders and SOPs.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders, inventory reports, operating procedures to ensure documents are audited and accurate.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must be highly organized and efficient.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
• Work together professionally in a team environment with coworkers and other department personnel.
• Must have excellent mathematical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
• Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
• Physical lifting up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift.
• Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment, and following approved chemical handling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• The Warehouse Clerk will be a key stakeholder for inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (lift trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Use automated warehouse management software and inventory scanning tools.
• Perform product transfer between packaging and production areas.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently following SOPs.
• Follow inventory control practices and procedures.
• Operate stretch-wrapping and palletizing equipment (if applicable).
• Carry out inventory cycle counts of all packaging and ingredients.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Complete warehouse receiving records and documents accurately.
• Maintain department environmental and housekeeping controls.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Follow health, safety, GMP and food safety procedures.
• Adhere to Saputo values and work in a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
