Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support our transportation team with administrative duties, distribution reporting, and shipping/receiving documentation. The 1st shift runs Sunday to Thursday, 4:30am to 1:00pm, with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour.

This role involves data entry, customer service, and routine warehouse tasks in a grocery distribution setting. Candidates with pallet jack experience and grocery selection knowledge are preferred, with overnight shifts and

Qualifications

• Specialized Knowledge: Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills: Grocery selection experience; overnight shift and overtime required.
• 0-2: At least six months of warehouse experience; Pallet Jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Release routes, print labels and organize by departure and commodity type.
• Take store phone calls/orders and assist with add-ons, memos and outs.
• Data entry and monitor system information; notify supervisors of needed adjustments.
• Customer service and prepare store mail for delivery.
• Create invoices and attach orders to routes; release and print labels.
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile shortages/damages and close out PO's.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
