Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support transportation and distribution reporting, shipping/receiving documentation, and fulfillment. Schedule: 1st Shift Sunday-Thursday, 4:30am-1:00pm. Pay: $22.50 per hour.

You will release routes, handle calls and orders, perform data entry, monitor systems, provide customer service, prepare mail for delivery, and assist with special projects. Travel not required.

• Prepare store mail for delivery
• Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages shorts and damage and close out purchase orders
• Assist with special projects as needed

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll become a part of this mission by providing administrative support to our transportation team. General office duties related to distribution reporting administration, and shipping / receiving documentation and fulfillment are also part of this position.

Schedule: 1st Shift Sunday-Thursday, 4:30am-1:00pm

Pay: $22.50

Job Description

You will contribute by:

• Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type
• Take store phone calls/orders and assist them with ad-ons, memos and outs

• Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection. Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• 0-2 : At least six months of warehouse experience. Pallet Jack experience preferred.
