C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support the transportation team with administrative duties, shipping/receiving documentation, and distribution reporting. The role centers on processing routes, data entry, label printing, and customer support to ensure timely deliveries.

Work is on the 2nd shift in a warehouse environment, with overtime likely required. Prior pallet jack experience and grocery selection familiarity are preferred.

Qualificações

• Attendance and High School Diploma (General Studies) required.
• GED or equivalent considered for entry.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially with pallet jacks.

Responsabilidades

• Release routes, print labels, and organize by departure and commodity type.
• Answer store phone calls/orders and assist with add-ons and memos.
• Enter data, monitor system information, and notify supervisors of adjustments.
• Prepare store mail for delivery and create invoices attaching orders to routes.
• Audit inbound receiving, print labels, and reconcile overages/shortages.
• Support special projects as needed.

Position Overview

Job Description Summary Keep our communities fed. Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities. As a Warehouse Clerk, you’ll become a part of this mission by providing administrative support to our transportation team. General office duties related to distribution reporting administration, and shipping / receiving documentation and fulfillment are also part of this position.

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift (Sunday, Monday,Thursday & Friday 1pm-11:30pm)

Job Description

You will contribute by: Release routes, print selection labels and organize by departure and commodity type Take store phone calls/orders and assist them with ad-ons, memos and outs Data Entry Monitor system information, notify supervisors of needed adjustments Customer service Prepare store mail for delivery Pick up selector scratches and buyer chases, create invoices, attach orders to routes, release and print labels Audit inbound receiving, print labels, reconcile and note overages shorts and damage and close out purchase orders Assist with special projects as needed

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Specialized Knowledge : Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Special Skills : Prefer candidates with experience in grocery selection.
• Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime is required.
• 0-2 : At least six months of warehouse experience.
• Pallet Jack experience preferred.
