Distribution Management is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily distribution operations in Missouri. You will count products, verify against manifests, unload inbound shipments, and pick and assemble orders for shipment.

You’ll help with inventory, maintain stock rotation, and ensure outbound shipments arrive damage-free. Applicants should be fluent in English, punctual with good attendance, and capable of following safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Count all products, compare them to manifest, and check all shipments for damage, hostages, and overages.
• Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
• Unload inbound trucks and safely move products for storage.
• Pick customer orders for shipment and ensure correct items and quantities.
• Assemble orders for shipment.
• Ensure outbound shipments are correct and undamaged.
• Repack and weigh orders as required.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain proper stock rotation.
• Keep work area clean, neat and orderly.
• Follow quality guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Contribute to warehouse security and safety.
