Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a part-time warehouse associate for the Z shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) at our Dallas, TX facility.

The role involves counting products, verifying shipments against manifests, and handling inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will unload trucks, pick orders, assist with inventory, and help maintain a clean, secure warehouse while following OSHA and internal quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Stable work history and reliable attendance are important.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience with basic scanning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Count all products, compare them to manifest, and check shipments for damage or overages.
• Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
• Unload inbound trucks and move products for storage.
• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type; assemble orders.
• Ensure outbound shipments are correct and free of damage.
• Repack and weigh orders as needed; report quality variances.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Follow company quality guidelines and keep accurate records and reports.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and promote safety; comply with OSHA standards.
