Mac Haik Ford is actively recruiting a Warehouse Clerk to receive and verify incoming orders, stock and record items per dealership standards, and ensure a smooth material flow to meet productivity goals.

The role involves inventory accuracy, unloading trucks, preparing orders for delivery or pickup, maintaining a clean workspace, and upholding the Mac Haik Automotive group brand with integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening required.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by checking returned goods and stocking appropriately.
• Stock shelves and inspect parts for missing or used items.
• Check bins with accurate counts and record adjustments.
• Unload trucks and stage parts for stockers.
• Receive shipments and verify orders and quantities.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Move stock and stack on pallets efficiently.
• Maintain a clean working environment and optimize space.
• Safely operate warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Uphold customer satisfaction throughout the parts sales process.
• Complete training via the company portal.
• Adhere to a consistent work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices to uphold the brand.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk position receives and verifies incoming orders and ensures that they are stocked and recorded according to dealership standards. He or she will recognize flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity goals and ensures the stable flow of material in the supply chain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by carefully checking in returned goods from customers, completing proper computer processing or paperwork, and stocking or storing as appropriate.
• Stock shelves correctly and carefully inspect all parts for missing parts and used parts in the box.
• Check each bin in the warehouse with accurate counts and record all adjustments to the inventory.
• Unload trucks, sort and stage parts on the floor for the stockers to pull for sales.
• Receive shipments and verify both the order and the quantities.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Move stock from storage area and stacks efficiently on assigned pallet.
• Keep a clean working environment and optimize space utilization with movement of bins for optimal arrangement and re-shelving.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the parts sales process.
• Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Mac Haik Automotive group brand.
• Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
