Job summary

DuBois Health Care is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to receive, organize, and distribute inventory, maintain accurate records, and prepare linen and supplies for delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently while following safety procedures in a fast-paced environment at our Pennsylvania facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; two years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
• Must meet applicable DOT physical, drug, and alcohol screening requirements.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic math, computer, Microsoft Office, and data entry skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, communicate clearly, stay organized, and work safely.
• Regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record goods delivered to the warehouse and plant.
• Check packing slips and enter receipt information into SAGE or the company database.
• Prepare and distribute linen, supplies, and packages for internal departments and other locations.
• Fill in as an order delivery driver as needed.
• Maintain shipment logs, inventory records, weekly supply orders, and linen inventory spreadsheets.
• Complete chemical inventory, receive bulk chemical deliveries, check hazard labels, and follow chemical safety procedures.
• Keep storage trailers, dock areas, outside cages, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow company safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Physical Requirements
